Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 400-500ml rolled oats (blended into flour)
  • 2 scoops whey protein powder
  • 2 bananas (medium, mashed)
  • 50ml oil
  • 1.5 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 185°C.
  • Blend oats in your MyBlend 3 until they become a coarse flour.
  • Add eggs, bananas, oil, vinegar and remaining dry ingredients.
  • Blend until well combined and smooth.
  • Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-35 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing.
Tip: Blend the oats first until they become a coarse flour before adding the remaining ingredients. This gives a better, more even texture in the finished bread.
