Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200ml crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp grated horseradish (fresh or from jar)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add crème fraîche, horseradish, lemon juice and honey to your MyBlend 3.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and add more horseradish if you want a stronger flavour.
  • Season with salt and serve.
Tip: Start with 1 tbsp horseradish and taste before adding more — strength varies between brands.
