Date Me Smoothie
Dates are nature's caramel. Add banana, almond butter and a little cinnamon and you have a smoothie that is sweet, warm and grounding in the best possible way. Your MyBlend 3 blends it in 30 seconds.
Ingredients
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 banana (about 120g)
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes if they are very dry — they blend smoother and sweeten more evenly.
