Creamy Protein Smoothie
A quick protein smoothie that is smooth, cold and easy to make. Banana softens the texture, blueberries add freshness, and almond milk brings it all together in a simple everyday blend.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (medium)
- 100ml frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 200ml almond milk
Instructions
- Add almond milk to your MyBlend 3.
- Add banana, frozen blueberries and protein powder.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy straight away.
Tip: Vanilla protein powder works best here. Unflavored protein is fine too but adds nothing. Avoid chocolate flavored powder unless you want a completely different drink.
