Protein Breakfast Smoothie
A more filling breakfast smoothie with oats, banana and yogurt. Smooth, simple and made for mornings when sitting down is optional.
Ingredients
- 150ml milk
- 80ml Greek yogurt or quark
- ½ banana
- 40ml oats
- 60ml frozen berries
- 1 tbsp protein powder, optional
Instructions
- Add milk and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
- Add banana, oats, frozen berries and protein powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Drink straight away or take it with you.
Tip: Let the smoothie sit for 2 minutes after blending if you want the oats to soften a little.
