Icy Colada
A piña colada without the blender drama. Frozen pineapple and coconut milk with a pour of white rum. Blend it in your MyBlend 3 in 30 seconds and you're somewhere warmer than you actually are.
Ingredients
- 120g frozen pineapple
- 200ml coconut milk
- 30ml white rum
- 1–2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour and enjoy straight away.
Tip: Keep the coconut milk can in the fridge overnight. The cold fat gives you a thicker, creamier result.
