Green Coconut
- Ingredients
 
- 1 handfull of spinach
 - 1 dl pineapple
 - 2 dl coconut water
 - 1 tbs flaxseed (optional)
 
- Instruction
 
- 1. Add the coconut water, spinach, pineapple and flaxseed.
 - 2. Blend until smooth. (Shake the blender at the same time so that all the spinach hits the steelblades)
 - 3. Enjoy your smoothie packed with nutrients!
