Terms & Conditions for the MyBlend Creator Program

These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the MyBlend Creator Program (the “Program”), operated by MyBlend – Nodge AB, company registration number 559209-8445 (“MyBlend”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By signing up for and participating in the MyBlend Creator Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the MyBlend Creator Program
The MyBlend Creator Program is designed for creators who want to create and share content about MyBlend while earning commission on sales generated through their personal discount code or tracking link.
As a MyBlend Creator, you will have access to a personal Creator account where you can view your personal discount code and tracking link, as well as track sales, commissions and payouts.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
Your membership and Creator account are personal and may not be transferred to another person.
MyBlend reserves the right to approve or decline participation in the Program.
2. Commission
As a MyBlend Creator, you earn 15% commission on approved purchases attributed to your personal discount code or tracking link.
Commission is calculated on the order value after discounts and excluding VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the commissionable order value.
Commission is recorded in your Creator Dashboard when a sale is made but is not approved until 30 days after the customer has received their product, provided that the purchase has not been returned, cancelled or refunded.
In the event of a full return, cancellation or refund, no commission will be paid for the relevant sale. In the event of a partial return or refund, the commission will be adjusted based on the final commissionable order value.
MyBlend reserves the right to reject or revoke commission generated through fraud, manipulation, misuse of the Program or otherwise in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Sales Tracking
Sales are tracked through your personal discount code or tracking link.
Your personal code and link are available in your Creator Dashboard.
You are responsible for using the correct code and/or link when promoting MyBlend.
MyBlend uses technical systems to attribute sales to individual creators. We cannot guarantee that a sale can be retroactively attributed if, for technical or other reasons, it was not tracked through your code or link.
4. Payouts
Approved commission is paid out on the 25th of each month.
The minimum payout amount is SEK 500.
If your approved commission is below SEK 500, the amount will remain in your Creator account and roll over to the next payout period until the threshold has been reached.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact, tax and payment information you provide through our payout platform is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees or other obligations arising from compensation received through the Program, to the extent required by applicable law.
5. Personal Discount Code and Tracking Link
Your discount code and tracking link are personal and must be used in connection with your own promotion of MyBlend.
Without prior written approval from MyBlend, you may not:
- publish or distribute your code on coupon websites, discount-code websites or similar services;
- purchase search ads or other advertising targeting the MyBlend brand, product names or closely related branded terms;
- impersonate MyBlend or create accounts, domains or advertisements that could reasonably be perceived as official MyBlend channels;
- use spam, misleading marketing or other methods that may harm MyBlend or our customers;
- manipulate tracking, clicks, purchases, returns or commissions; or
- use the Program for artificial purchases or other transactions primarily intended to generate commission.
In the event of suspected misuse, MyBlend reserves the right to review the relevant transactions and withhold commission while the review is ongoing.
6. Content and Marketing
As a MyBlend Creator, you decide how you express yourself and create your content, subject to these Terms & Conditions and our Creator Guidelines.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws, the rules of the platform where the content is published and MyBlend’s current guidelines.
When content constitutes advertising or other commercial communication, this must be clearly disclosed to the audience in accordance with applicable advertising disclosure requirements.
You may not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about MyBlend or our products.
You may not use material that infringes any third party’s copyright, trademarks or other rights.
7. Ownership and Usage Rights
You retain ownership and copyright of the content you create.
When you publish or share content created as part of the MyBlend Creator Program, you grant MyBlend a non-exclusive right to use the content for 24 months from the date it was originally published.
This licence gives MyBlend the right to use, publish, republish, distribute and display the content in our own marketing, including but not limited to:
- MyBlend’s organic social media channels;
- MyBlend’s websites and e-commerce;
- email, SMS and other CRM communications;
- digital marketing channels; and
- paid advertising on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google and other advertising platforms.
MyBlend may make reasonable technical and editorial adaptations to the content for different channels and formats. This may include cropping, adding subtitles, shortening, resizing or reformatting the content, as well as combining parts of the content with other graphics, text or materials.
Such changes may not materially alter the meaning of your original content or portray you in a misleading or unreasonable manner.
MyBlend may not sell or license your content to an independent third party for that party’s own marketing without a separate agreement. However, service providers and platforms acting on behalf of MyBlend may process or distribute the content to the extent necessary for MyBlend’s use under these Terms & Conditions.
8. Paid Advertising
Content created as part of the MyBlend Creator Program may be used by MyBlend in paid advertising during the usage period specified above.
We want our creators to benefit when their content performs well. MyBlend may therefore, from time to time, offer additional performance-based compensation for selected content that is used and scaled in paid advertising.
Such compensation is separate from the standard 15% commission and is governed by the terms communicated by MyBlend for the relevant bonus or compensation model.
Participation in the Program does not automatically entitle you to such additional compensation.
9. If You No Longer Want Your Content Used in Paid Advertising
You always retain ownership of your content.
If you no longer want MyBlend to use your content in active paid advertising, you may notify us in writing at creator@myblend.se, specifying which content your request relates to.
MyBlend will then stop actively running paid advertising using the relevant content within a reasonable administrative period.
This does not affect MyBlend’s right to use the content organically or in other channels during the agreed licence period, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Products and Gifting
Membership in the MyBlend Creator Program does not automatically entitle you to free products.
MyBlend determines which creators are offered products, product seeding, early access to launches or other benefits, and may establish specific criteria for such offers.
Any specific terms or requirements relating to a particular product shipment will be communicated when the offer is made.
11. Creator Guidelines
MyBlend may provide ongoing guidelines, guides, briefs and content recommendations through resources such as the MyBlend Creator Hub.
These are intended to help you create better content and represent MyBlend accurately.
If a guideline is expressly stated to be mandatory, it must be followed as part of your participation in the Program.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and information provided in the Creator Hub, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
12. Ending Your Membership
You may leave the MyBlend Creator Program at any time by contacting us at creator@myblend.se.
MyBlend reserves the right to pause or terminate your membership in cases including:
- violation of these Terms & Conditions;
- misuse of discount codes, tracking or the commission system;
- fraudulent or manipulated purchases;
- repeated or serious violations of our Creator Guidelines;
- misleading or unlawful marketing; or
- other conduct that could reasonably harm MyBlend, our customers or our brand.
Legitimate commission that has already been approved before termination of your membership will be handled in accordance with the Program and these Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise required by law or the commission was generated through misuse or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Changes to the Program and These Terms
The MyBlend Creator Program will evolve over time.
MyBlend therefore reserves the right to change commission rates, bonus models, features, eligibility requirements and these Terms & Conditions.
For material changes affecting existing creators, we will notify you before the changes take effect.
Changes will not retroactively affect commission that has already been approved, unless required by law or where the commission was generated through misuse or error.
14. Relationship Between You and MyBlend
Your participation in the MyBlend Creator Program does not make you an employee of MyBlend.
You participate as an independent creator and decide, within the framework of these Terms & Conditions, how and when you create and publish your content.
Nothing in the Program gives you the authority to enter into agreements or make other commitments on behalf of MyBlend.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
If a dispute arises, we will first seek to resolve it through dialogue.
