Ingredients

  • 300ml coconut water
  • 100g frozen mango
  • 100g frozen pineapple
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
  • Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Add the turmeric with a small pinch of black pepper. It helps your body absorb it better.
