Coconut Carrot Smoothie
Carrot, apple, mango and coconut. Combining these together make a smoothie that provides an abundance of nutrients to keep you healthy from head to toe.
- Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
- 3⁄4 cup steamed carrots, chilled
- 1 small apple, cored and chopped
- 3⁄4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, optional
- Instruction
- 1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
- 2. Blend for one cycle.
- 3. Taste, add lemon juice if desired.
- 4. Enjoy!
