- Ingredients

- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts (soaked for up to 12 hours)
- honey, optional
- Instruction
- 1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
- 2. Blend for one cycle.
- 3. Taste for sweetness, add honey if desired.
